This is to thank the staff ,admin and other, of Rock and Stone for the excellent client service I experienced since day one when I approached them to refurbish our family grave‘s headstone at Maitland cemetery.
Caleb, you were very informative and concise when you guided and advised me throughout the entire process. Thank you for the to and fro emails and the numerous phone calls. I really appreciate your patience as you had to adjust the inscription several times. I admit that I was not the easiest of clients at times. You are very knowledgeable in the work you do.
Eric [grinding and polishing] Emile, Khaster and Marlon [inscription] your expertise came to the fore whilst doing your part. Good job guys.
I was also impressed how Pat and his team expertly removed and erected the headstone. [The headstone was very heavy and required the manpower of six people to lift and move it] Pat thanks for your valuable advice on how to extend the border height of the grave.
Rock and Stone was not the cheapest, but reasonable. Then again, the cheapest deal is not necessarily the best deal.
Well done!! You have a “yes” from me any day.
